We identify the constraints in real time — not in a follow-up document three weeks later — and immediately start fixing the ones with the highest impact.

Day 1 — Constraint Audit

We map all seven P7 performance drivers in your business. No assumptions — we look at the actual numbers, the actual processes, and talk directly to the people running them. By end of day, we know exactly what's capping you and in what order to fix it.

Days 2–5 — Execution

We don't leave to make recommendations. We stay and fix things. Processes get rebuilt. Pricing gets reset. Bottlenecks get cleared. The scope of days 2–5 is set after day 1, based on what your business actually needs.

We work directly with your people — not around them. Every change is built so your team can own and sustain it. The goal isn't a fix that falls apart the week after we leave.
